Our lead consultant spent over a decade as Regional Marketing Manager for a Global Engineering Firm. While Townsend mainly worked in the "Water" sector of the business (both water and wastewater) west of the Rocky Mountains, he spent significant time in the Transportation (bridges, roads and rail) and Ports (sea and air) divisions as well, and engaged in all types of contracts/project delivery including traditional design, Design-Build, Design-Build-Operate, CM, and PPP among others. 90% of the pursued projects were either government agency or public stakeholder driven. Since that time, he has engaged with regional clients of various shapes and sizes including numerous AEC firms, Boeing, WSDOT, Port of Seattle (air and sea), Port of Everett, SDOT, and dozens more.
